Interviews are like first dates.  If you don&#039;t go ahead and be honest up front and try to put each other at ease, you might not like what you learn a few dates (or months into a new hire) later :)</description>

		<description>Thanks for sharing... One that I&#039;ve found helpful is counter to what I&#039;ve experienced interviewing at big companies. There, I got the impression that the interviewers were trying to be intimidating, trying to put the fear of god in candidates. I&#039;ve found that on the contrary, making them feel as comfortable / liked / sought-after will get you a better personality read. If the person being interviewed is at ease, they&#039;ll be more willing and able to be forthcoming with their attitudes, goals, ideas, etc.
