T’is the season to make vows to do better. Everyone does it. Sometimes we follow through, sometimes we don’t. Here’s my challenge to you as a leader in your organization which should be easy to stick to:
Vow to identifiy one rule or policy that is getting in the way of your team and/or the happiness of your customers. Take a risk. Ditch the rule. Change things for the better. It’s that easy.
