PMS Relief: Project Management Using Random Events

PMS (or Project Management Syndrome) stinks.  It sets in when the stress of your project and the need to embrace processes overwhelm your rational thoughts.  It is usually accompanied by excessive powerpointing, meetingitis, and a sudden urge to add TPS Report Cover Sheets to all your status reports.
